Vintage Telephone - As part of the Sutra Digital team, I had the privilege of contributing to our WWII-themed gaming environment by creating the Vintage Telephone. My role focused on modeling, UV mapping, and baking to ensure an accurate representation of this iconic piece of history. While I handled the technical aspects, another talented artist breathed life into the Vintage Telephone through expert texturing. Oil Lantern - In my latest artwork, I proudly present an exquisitely detailed Oil Lantern, meticulously crafted in MAYA, textured using Substance Painter, and brought to life through real-time rendering with Marmoset Toolbag 3. My primary goal was to achieve an authentic glass effect, and I accomplished this by utilizing a dual-layered approach. The outer layer focused on capturing the brilliance and roughness of glass, reflecting light to create a captivating sparkle. Meanwhile, the inner layer replicated the carbon black effect, simulating soot and deposits to convey the lantern's history. This painstaking process resulted in a lifelike masterpiece, demonstrating the power of texturing tools and real-time rendering in the realm of 3D artistry, igniting my passion for the craft.
